Automotive Electrical Technician
Fully qualified & apprentice Automotive Electrical Technicians required to carry out general auto electrical repairs and installations, engine management system diagnostics and repairs, air conditioning diagnostics, service and repair, installation of auxiliary charge systems and electrical brake systems as an example. We largely cater for the European vehicle market. Field service for general auto electrical, air conditioning and engine management diagnosis may be required. Air con licence preferred and drivers licence essential.

Our workshop has the latest diagnostic equipment and workshop equipment with the most up to date technical data available.
Our company is both auto electrical and mechanical and with technicians in both fields, you will always have technical assistance.
You will receive on-going training from Bosch, IAME, Repco etc.
Automotive Mechanical Technician
We are currently seeking the services of trade qualified and experienced Automotive Mechanical Technicians and apprentices to join our service team in Forster.
You will need to have experience in all aspects of servicing, repair, maintenance and diagnosing of all makes & models, especially European vehicles. We aim to provide the highest level of workmanship and attention to detail.
Current NSW drivers licence required and AIS certificate would be an advantage.
You will enjoy a friendly, fast paced working environment in a modern and fully equipped workshop on the NSW Mid North Coast. Family owned and operated for the last 30 years, we are a member of the Bosch Car Service Network. Our company is both auto electrical and mechanical, with technicians in both fields. Spare Parts Interpreter
We are currently seeking the services of a Spare Parts Interpreter for our Automotive Electrical and Mechanical workshop. This position is full time. You will be required to assist the Spare Parts Manager with stock control, front counter sales and service department parts supply.
Valuable skills and attributes include previous spare parts experience, confident computer skills, a strong and reliable work ethic, ability to work as a self starter, take initiative and execute tasks with minimal supervision, have excellent organisation and time management skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Customer Service
We have available the position of Customer Service Officer for our Automotive Electrical and Mechanical workshop. As the first point of contact, you will be required to greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the office in a courteous and friendly manner, provide excellent customer service to all customers (retail & trade), answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls quickly and courteously, schedule appointments and book customers in on arrival from booking diary. You must possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
